About Intelligence Recruitment

Our founder David Neville has first hand experience working on all sides of healthcare recruitment. David trained as a physiotherapist in 2007 before moving into the management of other recruitment agencies in 2013 , then co-founding a successful healthcare business in 2019.

With these experiences, David created Intelligence Recruitment in 2025.

Our founder David has seen the good, the average and the shortcuts agencies and healthcare staff will undertake to "practice" working in this environment. Intelligence Recruitment was created from a necessity to prove healthcare agencies can deliver cost-efficient, reliable, well trained and motivated temporary staff to clients when they require support.

Healthcare is a pillar in all societies - if we treat it correctly, it impacts us all in a positive manner. Intelligence Recruitment wants to be part of this community, to listen to the community and to be a driver for higher standards across healthcare staff skills, care home experience and NHS provision. Intelligence Recruitment wants a better UK healthcare experience which benefits us all.
